Members can use this form (preferably the excel spreadsheet) to report service events they participate in CKI, as well as non-CKI events. All non-CKI service events must pertain to some form of assistance to the community and/or campus. Please direct questions to cki@ou.edu.
Guests can fill our this form to submit for membership. Also, any members who have changed their contact information can use this form to update our files. Please submit forms to cki@ou.edu
 
 
The Circle K Board of Directors use this form to record members attendance at club meetings, as well as attendance at officer meetings.
